Description

This former farmhouse has been divided into several separate units to accommodate two distinct businesses on the site: tourist accommodationsand a fine-dining restaurant.

Each unit on the site is equipped with its own electrical panel and its own water and gas connections. The complex also features two electric vehicle charging stations, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna.

Primary objective

EcoPilot’s role is therefore to collect all consumption data from the various components of the facility and consolidate it into a clear and intuitive dashboard.

The dashboard displays total consumption— either in real time or as a cumulative total—for the entire site and all its utilities (electricity, water, and gas), as well as broken down by building or facility (swimming pool, sauna).

By connecting the pool and sauna to the EcoPilot system, energy consumption for these facilities is accurately tracked, enabling the calculation of estimated energy costs. This allows owners to set a fair flat rate for visitors.

With a dashboard accessible from any mobile device or computer, the real-time overview of the facility makes it easy to quickly identify any anomalies or missed visitors.

Custom-configured automation systems optimize the operation of the charging stations. They prioritize times of day when electricity is cheapest and reduce power consumption when the electrical panel nears its maximum capacity, giving priority to power for the guesthouses.
